RECLAIM YOUR LIFE, YOUR CONFIDENCE, YOUR DIRECTION IN 7 SIMPLE STEPS

Have you noticed that sometimes your computer freezes – which means that you have limited or even no control?

You have to go back a few steps and reboot your system to get it to function at its optimum.

Humans are a bit like that too.

Really early in life, earlier than we can remember, we learned to continue living as if the system was functioning at its best – we continued doggedly onwards despite the loss of many important facets of our functionality – emotions, perceptions, will, imagination and even our intellects. Powerful bits of our human birthright were denied to us, and we were left having to continue through life wondering “Is that all there is?” and “What is wrong with me?” muddling through confused, often exhausted and defeated.  This is not mental illness, nor is it a human flaw that this happens. Unfortunately it is so common that you could call it normal. This is such a common experience – in fact we have yet to meet anyone who does not relate to this scenario.

The symptoms of it call for attention and guided action – but our world has decided that it is best to numb off the symptoms medically.  So that means that even if you take action, the symptoms are not there to measure their success. Look, if a plant is in the wrong soil it starts to wilt. If we are in the wrong ‘soil’ we do too – just like the plant. We only become physically ill if we live for so long without taking care of the unmet needs that our emotional and psychological starvation undermines other aspects of our health – like the plant. Sometimes we even take action in one domain of our lives hoping for improvements in an entirely different domain where the hunger lies – for example eating chocolate to replace the yearning for someone to hold us while we cry for example, having sex with strangers in the hope that we will feel worthwhile, looking in the fridge for other feelings than we actually have.

EMSRP is designed to help you to reboot your developmental process in a systematic, responsible and integrated way.  It really is very simple – it just requires you be a human being, who can learn some simple principles, do some simple life-assignments and then keep coming back for the next step until you have completed all of them. You do not need to be highly educated, the life and soul of the party, clever, articulate, confident...anything at all...

You just have to want to do something to really make your life feel better, step by step. HTTP://EMSRP.ORG
